Looking for experienced property manager to manage a small industrial portfolio just outside of Boulder CO. Company is in acquisition mode and will grow the portfolio to about 1 million square feet over next 24 months. Must be familiar with Yardi.
Starting salary is $3,500 a month (no benefits) plus a percentage of lease renewal commissions. Salary will increase in stages pending performance to $4,500 a month with benefits once an additional 200,000 square feet has been added to portfolio. Currently have a 62,000 SF property under contract which is suppose to close by end of year.
Opportunity to buy into partnership after 12 months.
Our company has been in this market for almost 30 years, sold most of the portfolio over the last few years and now re-building portfolio through value add acquisitions.
Looking for pro-active personality to grow with our small firm.
Ideally would like candidate to live within 20 miles of Boulder.
