COPORATE PARALEGAL (hybrid – in office 2 days)

We are seeking a full-time, highly motivated, detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to join our dynamic team at Consolidated Investment Group LLC, a leading-edge private investment company that actively invests in real estate, capital markets, private equity and philanthropy.  This is an exciting opportunity for a business-minded person looking for the opportunity to contribute to the success of all divisions of our business. In this unique position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations. As a key member of our legal team and part of a Family Office, you will be responsible for corporate recordkeeping and assisting with a variety of business and real estate matters.  Your tasks will include forming business entities, filing periodic reports and ensuring regulatory compliance. You'll maintain organized records and collaborate with the Senior Paralegal and external attorneys. In real estate transactions, you'll review documents and coordinate closings. Expect a dynamic role with additional duties and projects as needed. Your proactive and versatile approach is crucial to our organization’s success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3+ years of substantive experience in a Corporate Paralegal position (Real Estate experience highly desirable)
• Experience with Colorado and federal statutes and regulations
• Contract drafting and review experience highly desirable
