The Company has completed $150 billion of real estate finance transactions over last 20 years. The ideal applicant has significant experience in sourcing, structuring and placing on all types of loan sales . Candidate will be proficient in the evaluation, valuation, marketing and disposition of commercial mortgage loans and REO assets. Qualified candidate should have strong and extensive relationships to source and place portfolio and single loan sales.
