About the role

This is an outstanding opportunity to work in a team setting in the Best in Class, fast paced environment with the world's largest commercial real estate company!

The Associate Project Manager will assist and support the Project Management teams on project delivery for ground up new retail bank projects, with direct accountability for project delivery. This is a hybrid role that may require occasional site visits.

What you'll do
  • Assist Project Managers in all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
  • Demonstrates capability to read, understand and apply standard documents affecting projects, including but not limited to: agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys and drawings.
  • Assist with preparation of various documents including but not limited to scopes of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • Identifies project resources from pre-qualified lists; conducts simple request for proposals and completes bid analysis with your management's support. Recommends resources to team.
  • Follow communication plans for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources advised. May facilitate project meetings and conduct periodic site visits.
  • Assist with change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure client approvals, and issue change orders. Assesses change requests to confirm and resolve impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk with your management's support.
  • Track progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines. Reports status and variances. May assist with crafting action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule.
  • May manage smaller projects as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you'll need
  • Bachelor's degree and or equivalent experience
  • Basic skills with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to read and understand architectural drawings.
