Client Service Analyst

Stockbridge is an established real estate investment firm with over $33 billion in AUM across a wide range of investment strategies and asset types throughout the U.S, with offices in San Francisco, Atlanta, and Chicago.

This role is part of the Core and Value Advisors (“CVA”) platform, which includes both commingled funds and separate accounts with asset strategies ranging from core to value-added to ground-up development. This role will work on a collaborative team directly supporting the Vice President.
 

Opportunity and Position Summary
Stockbridge is currently seeking a Client Service Analyst preferably with 1 to 3 years of experience producing and managing the distribution of client-facing materials for firm(s) in real estate, broader financial services or related industries. This role will work on a collaborative team supporting the Client Service and Capital Formation department.
 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • As a Client Service Analyst, you will play a critical and active role in the day-to-day operations
  • Contribute to the creation of new and existing marketing materials related to Stockbridge and its fund and separate account offerings, including marketing collateral to support capital raising efforts, including due diligence presentations, organization charts, and asset tour books
  • Assist client service team with responses to informational requests Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), working closely with the firm’s various Portfolio Management and Accounting Teams, Compliance and other internal business units
  • Maintain and update a centralized database of firm statistics, track record, and other information utilized in RFPs and firm presentations
  • Assist with the creation, execution, and distribution of quarterly reporting information for existing and potential investors
  • Assist in updating and maintaining firm and product-level details on various consultant databases and websites
  • Assist with the coordination of investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and events
  • Assist with a variety of special projects and requests for Senior Management

Skills and Competencies:

  • BA or BS degree from an accredited institution
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or real estate preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in an investor relations or institutional sales support role within an investment management firm, investor relations, client service, research, capital markets, investment sales

  • Highly motivated, proactive self-starter with the ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience creating client-facing materials, particularly for a sophisticated audience
  • Strong presentation, written communication, and interpersonal skills with exposure to all levels of management
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle pressure effectively to successfully manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously while maintaining the highest standards of work product and adhering to stringent deadlines
  • Proficient skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite
