ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / LEASE ADMINISTRATOR
JOB SUMMARY
Assist the Senior VP of Asset Management in the regional management of a multi-faceted commercial real estate company with a portfolio of properties that spans Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, and Hawaii.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively present information.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents.
• Aptitude for applying critical thinking to problem solving and decision making.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
• Paralegal experience a plus.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for preparing accurate and timely lease documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Track all phases of lease transactions from LOI through lease execution.
• Ensure that required lender approvals are received and tracked.
• Organize and maintain files, binders, spreadsheets and other leasing documents.
• Review and process vendor invoices.
• Collect monthly management reports from property managers and distribute to the appropriate parties.
• Provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to tenants and clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
