Description
As a Landmark Properties Investor Relations Associate, you are responsible for assisting the Investment Management Team with investor relations and equity capital markets functions. Every day you will assist in the management in coordinating and organizing the fundraising process for individual investments and commingled funds, field investor due diligence requests, organize and draft ongoing investor reporting, prepare reports on equity capital markets efforts for senior management, and manage investor documentation. To thrive in this role, you must be detail oriented, able to handle multiple simultaneous projects, and have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities: The duties listed below are an outline of the Investor Relations Associate’s responsibilities and should not be considered an all-inclusive list. As the needs of the asset change, these duties may be modified as needed.
- Gather research on prospective investors and participate in investor outreach efforts.
- Oversee and maintain firm’s internal CRM to manage information related to the firm’s current and prospective investors.
- Produce and manage reports on the firm’s fundraising efforts.
- Address and track ongoing and ad hoc investor requests.
- Assist in creating investor presentations and reports.
- Manage and post investor critical investor documentation as well as manage documentation related to individual investment and commingled funds.
- Evaluate and improve the processes and procedures of the team.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- +/- 3 years of Commercial Real Estate experience ideally in investor relations, asset management, investments, or portfolio management
- Undergraduate degree is required, preferably with a focus in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or other relevant subject matter
- Understanding of underwriting and investment concepts and the ability to apply concepts
- Advanced financial and analytical skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
