Job Description
As the Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager, you will be responsible for the performance and development of a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDR). Our SDR team conducts outbound activities with prospective clients as well as engaging with inbound prospective clients as their first sales point of contact. They play a vital role in the growth of Homesnap's lead generation and qualification platform, Pro+ Concierge. The SDR team works closely with quota-carrying Account Executives (AE) to help them qualify the opportunities that should be added to their pipeline.

They play a vital role in the growth of Homesnap's lead generation and qualification platform, Pro+ Concierge. The SDR team works closely with quota-carrying Account Executives (AE) to help them qualify the opportunities that should be added to their pipeline.
Manager, Sales Development Responsibilities
- Create a balanced, positive, and motivating environment for your team
- Train members of the team on best practices to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities.
- Create and execute individualized coaching plans that deliver consistent improvement.
- Train and onboard new SDRs
- Collaborate with the Inside Sales Manager to maximize pipeline efficiency
- Collaborate with SDR team leads to create standardized outreach cadences
- Analyze bookings & conversation data providing monthly reports on what is working and areas for improvement
- 1+ years of experience in a leadership role within an inside sales team
- Must have experience working in a sales quota-driven environment
- Experience selling and/or managing a team in a high unit volume sales environment.
- Great virtual presentation skills, as well as written and verbal communication.
