As Realty Income’s ESG Analyst, your strong organizational, analytical and communication skills will support and advance Realty Income’s Sustainability strategy and reporting efforts. Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Sustainability, you will be a part of building systems and processes specific to ESG data management for the largest S&P 500 net lease REIT operating in the United States and the United Kingdom.

Your Contribution to the Team Includes

Coordinate process to aggregate, analyze, and report on sustainability data to ESG frameworks (GRESB, S&P CSA, CDP, ISS, MSCI, Sustainalytics, etc.)
Support the creation and administration of new data collection processes and systems to integrate and implement across all aspects of the company to meet ESG data needs
Research and extract summary narratives for ESG trends impacting the company, customers and other ESG stakeholders
Conduct detailed quality control on the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of ESG information
Drive continuous system and process improvement to streamline ESG data collection, management, and reporting requirements
Seek out new technology or data sources to improve workflows or procedures
Assist internal and external stakeholders with projects/initiatives/deliverables
Perform annual ESG reporting gap analysis to identify disclosure needs and opportunities
Support the Green Team philanthropic efforts

What You’ll Need to be Successful

Required 4-year BA/BS
2+ years of relevant work experience in a professional setting
Background in ESG and sustainability a plus
Required experience in a corporate sustainability-related role, preferably creating ESG reporting/metrics deliverables, and supporting ESG voluntary submissions (e.g., GRESB, CDP, S&P CSA, GEI)
Familiarity with the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) and Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD)
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel; full competency with broader Microsoft Office suite, Smartsheet
Experience with Power BI, SQL, and Tableau not required, but a plus
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; ability work with large datasets and use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes
Ability to work across multiple teams to facilitate scalable solutions to monitor business performance and interpret key performance metrics into actionable recommendations
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, fluid environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
