We are looking to add an Operations Manager to our new, fast growing office located in Scottsdale to support The PEAK Team (Team). The Team has an industry-leading and unique division of labor that allows it to produce over $1.5 Billion per year of new commercial loans with a staff of under 15 people.  The right individual must have strong organizational skills as well as managerial experience and will provide a critical role in working with management to drive growth and ensure Team objectives and individual goals are accomplished to ensure progress on all levels of the business.  The Team Manager will be involved in goal setting, tracking, and growth. They will work with HR  and Finance to drive efficiencies, streamlining administrative procedures, Team accounting, office staff supervision and task delegation.

The role will be filled with an energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. They must be experienced in handling a wide range of tasks and be able to work independently with little or no supervision. The individual is well-organized, flexible and enjoys the challenges of driving and monitoring growth of a diverse operation with energetic, highly productive team members.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform review and analysis of special projects and keep management properly informed
  • Work with management to ensure that strategic plans are developed with adequate tactical objectives distributed to each role in the business.
  • Taking the overall strategic plan, work to develop quarterly tactical objectives and goals that extend to each level of the business, ensuring individual buy-in and ownership.  Develop metrics to track the progress of meeting those objectives and progressing towards the accomplishment of the strategic plan, quarterly and annually.
  • Work with management to record and ensure that results are measured against standards, while making necessary changes along the way.
  • Interface and partner with Bellwether’s shared services groups to achieve the objectives and result in optimum Team performance.
  • Ensure office financial objectives are met by monitoring the Team’s budget, planning the expenditures, analyzing variances, and carrying out necessary corrections that may arise.
  • Participate actively in the planning and execution of Team events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven management experience
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures
