Analyst - Asset Management and Acquisitions

Amity Companies LLC is an entrepreneurial firm focused on a) acquiring and renovating multifamily housing and b) investing in corporate special situation opportunities. Along with our institutional and high net worth capital partners, we’ve been responsible for ~$275mm of equity investment since late 2019. We are looking to grow our multifamily acquisitions and asset management team with the right individual. You would work closely with the firm's principals managing closed deals, preparing financial analyses, and collaborating on due diligence on new investments. Although we are based in the Northeast, we are geographically opportunistic and have been growing primarily in the Southeast and Midwest.

2 years of prior experience required. The ideal candidate has had some exposure to apartment investment and/or asset management. We are based in downtown Greenwich, CT, walking distance to the train station.
