Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs custodial duties under close supervision.
Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.
Removal of dirt and dust from facilities main floor area & connecting rooms, ramps & walkways using standard cleaning techniques. Including Dust or damp wipe horizontal surfaces up to six (6) feet, i.e.: ducts, pipes, sills, ledges, handrails, etc. Dust or damp wipe vertical surfaces up to six (6) feet, i.e.: beams, columns, doors, walls, panels, pipes, etc. Dust and wipe clean all areas horizontal surfaces between six (6) and twenty (20) feet.
Performs other duties as assigned.
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.

High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor.
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations.
Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift / carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
SAFETY
