Cambridge Realty Partners – Vice President

Cambridge Realty Partners is seeking a Vice President to contribute to all areas of company operations including assisting in the management of the company’s real estate assets and driving growth via raising capital and sourcing new investment opportunities. The ideal candidate will couple their real estate finance expertise with a passion for growing a company and taking on new opportunities. We are in search of a Vice President who not only appreciates the hustle, dedication, and fulfillment of a start-up, but also will enjoy the broad autonomy of the role and contributing to company culture.

Requirements:

1. 5 years of previous commercial real estate finance experience
2. Expert level of financial modeling and analysis in Excel
3. Extremely detail oriented (especially with respect to financial underwriting and presentation materials)

• Full-time with autonomy to shape schedule
• Compensation – Competitive, based on candidate’s qualifications, with profit sharing opportunity 

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Acquisitions
   1. Underwriting, due diligence, and closing
   2. Loan due diligence and closing for property acquisitions and refinancing
2. Asset Management

1. 3. Helping to manage Cambridge’s growing property portfolio
   4. Interacting with property managers, brokers, accountants, lawyers

3. Accounting
   5. Helping to maintain Cambridge’s books. Using Excel and QuickBooks

4. Investor Relations
   6. Maintaining investor ledgers; investor capital call accounting, etc.

Cambridge Realty Partners is a 40+ year-old real estate investment company based in New Haven, CT. Despite the long company history, Cambridge is in its second-generation startup phase. The company is now focused on raising and managing value-add multifamily funds.
