U.S. Bank is currently seeking a Northeast Facilities Manager to join the Corporate Real Estate team, and the successful candidate will be responsible for more than 40 leased, Class A, corporate office locations in multiple states. Additional responsibilities include: Assists with lease administration for sites; Manages workplace solutions, as well as space planning and move coordination; Creates, establishes, and maintains successful relationships with site personnel, as well as with business lines and senior leadership; Fosters strong landlord relationships; Negotiates and manages vendor service contracts, which include national and local service vendors with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, safety, janitorial, and construction-related services; Manages operating expenses and capital budgets for sites; Maintains the professional appearance of offices and conference rooms; Partners with Corporate Security to implement security procedures and processes related to safety and security measures; Administers work orders and facility preventative maintenance programs; and Performs project management of tenant improvement funds, obtains pricing, and prepares contracts, including the review and approval of invoices. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience Minimum five years of related experience, preferably in commercial property management Preferred Skills/Experience Advanced knowledge in commercial real estate, lease administration, building/facility maintenance, and property management RPA, FMA certifications Experience with Archer, Co-Star, Angus, and Skype Strong organizational, written and verbal communication, and managerial skills Space planning, move coordination and/or workplace solutions experience Financial services industry experience Experience in a corporate environment, specifically Class A building experience Proven relationship management capabilities Ability to travel 25% of the time Proficiency in Microsoft office Strong discipline in managing operating expenses and capital budgets Job
