The Opportunity The Talent Acquisition Team at Berkadia is at the forefront of the proactive candidate sourcing, recruiting and hiring of talent for Berkadia. The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the full life-cycle corporate-based recruiting experience that includes developing close partnerships with hiring managers, creating candidate pipelines for current and future roles, and requisition intake to candidate hire recruiting processes. This person will focus on finding top-level talent to grow the Mortgage banking team from Analysts to Producers and Office Leaders. Source and screen talent through passive and active candidate resources including postings, social media, networking, internet research, and cold calling. Determine candidate qualifications including leadership, culture, and technical fit through well-developed screening methods and interviewing techniques including the use of behavioral based interview questions. Partner with our HR Business Partners ( HRBPs ) on hiring needs and strategies to ensure align with the overall business strategy. Interact with HRBPs on compensation offer recommendations by providing appropriate documentation. Communicates the final offer to the hiring manager, prepares the final offer letter, ensures signed copy is returned and filed. Act as a liaison with candidates and hiring managers in an effort to drive open and effective communication. Coordinate interviews and any necessary hiring assessments with the candidates and hiring managers. Communicate company values, culture, and benefits to candidates. Occasionally will coordinate contract and full-time staffing vendors to aid with filling open positions. Coordinate the new hire onboarding process with HR and the Business in effort to provide an exceptional employee experience. What this recruiter will need to be successful in this role Experience recruiting in Financial Services or Real Estate is preferred. Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media and sourcing tools; previous experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) helpful. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a larger team with a demonstrated flexible attitude and open mind. Outstanding attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, and ability to proactively manage expectations. Advanced experience in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Ability to interact with a wide range of people from diverse experiences and cultures. Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and relationship building skills. Must be confident and comfortable in speaking with senior management, internal colleagues, and external partners. Adaptable, personable, and sense of humor a desire to have fun! What is required for this role Bachelor s degree required Minimum of five (5) years of experience in recruiting professionals at all levels, previous experience in corporate recruiting (sourcing) necessary. Demonstrated knowledge of full-cycle recruiting practices and strategies. Knowledge and experience with recruitment methodologies/techniques and compliance practices. Demonstrated knowledge of the local area job market and ability to research and network in broader domestic market. Availability for limited, domestic travel up to 10%.
