Primary Responsibilities:
Healthcare Trust of America, Inc. is looking for a Construction Management Supervisor to oversee and manage its regional construction projects (Medical Office). The position will provide leadership through building relationships, managing third parties, providing clear direction and delivering projects on time and on budget. Candidate needs to be able to communicate effectively; both written and verbally. Able to work directly and efficiently with general contractors and consultants to effectively oversee all aspects of construction projects.
Position will require abilities to estimate, value engineer, scheduling, negotiations, and travel, handle multiple large TI projects as well as interact with tenants for successful project completion. Must have in depth knowledge of construction, building permitting processes and requirements, ability to manage multiple projects at a time. Must be able to effectively interface with internal and external parties.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Engineering or related technical area
- Medical office construction experience preferred
- Tenant improvement build out experience
- 10 - 15 years of construction/building experience
- Based out of Scottsdale AZ office
