Description


Our Client, a leading provider of outpatient health services, is seeking an entry level Corporate Real Estate Transaction Manager (“CRETM”) to support its national lease portfolio. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:  
  • Bachelor’s in Business, Real Estate, Finance or a related field
  • 2-3 years business experience
  • Currently have PA real estate license or commitment to obtain a PA real estate license for the position
  • Knowledge of principles, policies, verbiage and practices relating to commercial real estate transactions
  • Motivated self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with ability to shift focus often
  • Confidence to interface directly with Client’s managerial staff
  • Possess a team first attitude with Clients
  • Ability to competently manage high volume of transactions
  • Innovative, creative and proactive interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills; Excel, Word; Outlook, CoStar, LoopNet and other Real Estate applications
Responsibilities: The CRETM will manage a high volume of transactions, which includes transactions that are both self-performed by the CRETM and transactions which are managed by our third-party broker (“Broker”), including new leases, relocations, renewals, expansions and subleases for Client’s national lease portfolio, responsibilities to include:  
  • Provide market research
  • Complete and qualify market surveys and coordinate site tours
  • Research zoning to ensure Clients use is permitted
  • Manage transactions (both self-performed or Broker performed) to a timely completion and complete all required documentation (market surveys, financial analyses, managerial reports, amendments and lease documentation)
  • Interface directly with Client business operations team to develop a strategy for each transaction and obtain all necessary Client approvals
  • Interface with Client’s legal team to finalize all leases, amendments, etc.
  • Prepare transaction reports, internal/external correspondence and organize all documentation
