Transaction Manager – Dallas, TX

 

We are currently seeking a Transaction Manager for one of our client-dedicated account teams in Dallas, TX.

Our Transaction Management team helps client strategize, evaluate and execute real estate transactions to meet their business and occupancy needs. Our Transaction Manager will manage and execute transactions while fostering client relationships and business growth. You will work primarily in a leadership role on straightforward projects or in a support role on more complex projects. You will work independently and as part of a team. This position will also work on special projects and assignments, as needed, and will work with professionals across a wide variety of disciplines and business units.

 

     Job responsibilities would include:

  • Collecting client requirements
  • obtaining market data
  • hiring and manage brokers
  • site selection and evaluation
  • creating request for proposals
  • negotiating letters of intent
  • performing and/or reviewing financial analyses
  • negotiating leases/purchase and sale agreements
  • preparing approval packages for client’s senior management
  • managing reports to the client

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, economics, real estate or related field
  • Real estate brokerage or salespersons license
  • Minimum of 3+ years of commercial real estate transactional and lease negotiation experience
  • Superior negotiation skills

  • Delivers measurable value by negotiating favorable economic and flexible lease terms
  • Superior attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
