Who you are

You will be energized by the prospect of joining an ever – growing team in a fast-paced environment. You will be a customer-centric professional who will lead the management of your client’s lease administration real estate portfolio. You will be comfortable and confident in dealing directly with your client(s) to address queries as they arise. You will be a thought leader and be able to provide recommendations to drive innovative solutions. You will be able to create, review and discuss reports with your clients from multiple lease administration platforms. You will relentless in ensuring your client’s data adheres to the highest possible quality and standards.

What you bring

• 2-3 years of experience in the commercial real estate lease administration industry and/or paralegal, accounting or property management fields having worked in either (or both) the Landlord or Tenant sector

• Working experience with database applications such as ProLease, Harbor Flex or Virtual Premise and accounting software such as MRI or Yardi

Bonus skills and experience

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field

• The ability to work in a deadline driven environment

• Extremely detailed oriented with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills
