About the Internship

This internship will give you experience on a large Financial Services client account and the opportunity to craft client communications, design presentations and client deliverables, support in special projects and have the opportunity to participate in global internal communications initiatives. This over 20-week summer/fall intern program will introduce you to our company, our fast-paced industry, and world-class professionals. Program participants will receive real-world training and participate in networking and learning opportunities.

Responsibilities

Assist the Client Strategy Leader building unique deliverables for the client

Aid in planning a communication strategy for external and internal campaigns

Support the Sector Communications Leader in special projects and internal campaigns

Participate in strategy meetings, conference calls, and special projects

Stay up to date on industry news and thought leadership

Qualifications

Full-time student at an accredited 4 year college with at least 2 years of coursework completed

Maintain an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher

Strong attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Skills in presentation/graphic layout

Skills in presenting and leading virtual meetings

Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines

Experience in Microsoft Suite required

Experience in the Adobe Illustrator preferred

Experience in Smartsheet, Microsoft BI or similar software preferred

Details

This position is a part-time position. The intern will be required to work 20 hours a week, paid hourly, starting June and ending in November or December.

Hours are flexible depending on the student's class schedule.

This position can be remote. However, the student will be expected to adhere to Eastern Time Zone business hours as much as possible Monday-Friday.
