The team engages our extensive industry contacts of family offices, corporate and institutional investors and relies on our substantial market knowledge and transactional experience to assist property owners in executing off-market acquisitions and dispositions.
Opportunity:
Our Miami office is expanding, and we are seeking to add Investment Sales associates to our growing team. We are looking for individuals that are self-starters, entrepreneurial, driven for success, ready to learn and comfortable networking.
Teaching: you will be mentored by senior brokers that will help you build your successful real estate career
Software: we provide leading edge software programs that will help you identify clients and analyze real estate opportunities

Location: the office is located in Aventura, FL

What to Expect:
- Represent principals in acquisitions and dispositions of real property assets
- Procure lead origination under supervision of highly experienced real estate professionals through phone calls, canvassing and networking
- Attending networking and industry events
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Originate, execute, and manage the marketing process of listings
Qualifications:
- Natural sales ability, poise and professional demeanor
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to do consistent cold calling
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Should already have a Real Estate license
- Enthusiasm about selling real estate
- Dedicated prospecting skills and ability to canvass diligently for business
- Some previous real estate, finance or sales experience
- Detail oriented, self-starter, well organized, perseverant, and able to handle multiple projects
- Ability to be a quick learner and proactive in cultivating new leads
