Job Description Summary

The Construction Manager will coordinate the entire design and construction process on a variety of developments, both new construction and substantial rehabilitation. You will manage pre-construction physical due diligence and design activities, and act as the owner’s representative during construction. You’ll coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and other consultants through the project life cycle and be responsible for budget and schedule control as it relates to those activities. As Construction Manager, you’ll also collaborate with Enterprise development, property, resident services and asset management staff. Additionally, you’ll develop and maintain working relationships with key stakeholders including lenders, community development agencies and others.
