Description

Company Description

March Capital Management (MCM) is a woman and minority-owned real estate investment firm based in San Francisco focused on land development, infill redevelopment and repositioning of distressed and underutilized properties in Western US markets. We pride ourselves in our deep knowledge of the markets we operate in and the relationships we have built. We are fund operators who take an innovative and hands-on approach to execution and problem solving through complex issues we face in supply constrained markets.

Since its founding in 2004, MCM’s management has deployed over $550 million in assets across 41 properties. MCM has consistently delivered superior risk-adjusted returns through different market environments. We are currently managing four opportunistic discretionary funds from a diverse group of investors and have successfully exited 22 projects. Our projects have helped to create vibrant neighborhoods, delivered contemporary spaces to live and work and generated value for our investors, buyers and tenants.  Our investments have included ground-up development of large-scale multifamily complexes, renovation of small residential buildings, transit-oriented development and redevelopment of commercial/industrial properties.

March Capital Management is growing rapidly and is looking to hire an Analyst/Associate to join our Acquisitions and Development team. The desired candidate will have 1-2 years of full-time professional experience with a real estate investment or development firm, commercial real estate brokerage/services company or investment bank.

  • Develop and maintain complex real estate financial models to analyze project returns. Analyze both property and fund level investment performance.
