Arete Capital Group is looking for a current college student or recent graduate for an internship. This role does not have to be limited to one semester, but can be if needed. This role also has the potential to develop into a full time position.
The primary functions of this role will be to source (through avenues provided) and underwrite, Residential land, Self-Storage and Multifamily acquisitions. In addition to underwriting, you may be asked to complete due-diligence/market research and update pitch decks. Excel and PowerPoint templates will be provided.
This is not an hourly paid internship, compensation will be directly tied to deals closed. Note, if you start a deal, but your internship is only for one semester and the deal closes after you leave, you will be compensated at the time of closing.
Hours are flexible, but day time availability is required. During the interview process, please state your hourly availability and capacity.
If you need this for required course work/class credit, we are happy to work with your University through this process.
