This position is a mid-to-senior level position located in our offices in Dallas, Texas (remote opportunity not applicable). HIGH COMPENSATION/COMMISSION. Competitive salary and benefits.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage national accounts for company leases
- Oversight of the entire process through transaction delivery and close out process
- Coordination with internal client teams
- Management of field brokers and other subject matter experts necessary to deliver an integrated solution to our clients
- Assist in the creation of presentations given at regional and national conferences
- Attend company meetings and assist with preparation for client meetings and deliverables
- Support Brokers in on-going transactional needs, client relations and business development
Education and Experience Requirements
- Texas Real Estate License
- Minimum 1-2 years retail leasing experience in a commercial real estate environment
- Commercial lease experience required (retail experience is a bonus)
- Lease negotiation experience strongly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with PipeDrive and CRM software preferred (must be willing to learn new software)
- Client relationship management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and willingness to work extended hours to meet deadlines
