RESPONSIBILITIES
Seeking a dynamic and organized LIS Coordinator to help support administrative matters. Under direct supervision, collects information from clients, enters data into databases, and conducts periodic review to identify improvements. In this role, you will be entering data into the contract database, obtaining data for the Contract Manager, and fielding requests from clients, management, and coordinators. Generates periodic and ad-hoc reports upon request. Supports Purchase Order (PO) requests from coordinators. This role will support various sites across the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Works with Contract Manager to perform data entry for service agreement database and ensure complete accuracy of all data.
Collaborate with coordinators, clients, and management to facilitate data visualization of service agreement data.
Serves as a liaison with third-party service providers; ensures customer requirements are met based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Archives inactive service agreements based on archive and retention procedures.
Serves as a intermediary between third-party providers and procurement; ensures valid purchase order (PO) numbers are in place.
Performs required activities to ensure invoices are processed for payment to third party for service agreements.
Assists in audit preparation; retrieves documentation for inspection purposes.
Uses Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to administer closure, storage of work orders and documentation in accordance with GxP and GDP practices
Performs other duties as assigned.
Responds to customer inquiries.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required and a minimum of two years of related experience or equivalent work experience. Previous customer service or administration experience preferred.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Experience with Desktop publishing, Microsoft Office Suite and Online Help.
Knowledge of GxP and understanding of a lab instrument services environment.
Experience working with databases and/or systems.
