Description


The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in performing market research, coordinating client contacts and
events, and managing creative assets. In this role, you ll be helping to establish and carry out a full-range marketing
plan.
Responsibilities
Assists the Marketing Manager day-to-day
Manage content calendar and creation including social media posts, newsletters, email campaigns, etc.
Manage sponsorships of community events such as golf tournaments and charity galas
Monitor industry news in target markets to ensure team is aware of upcoming opportunities, news involving key clients, etc.
Assist in creating project proposal and pitch documents with the leasing team by gathering required information
Update and maintain property maps and competitive sets
Dallas LPC research reports: quarterly and as needed
Manage asset library of photos, broker feedback, videos, etc.
Serve as liaison with creative contractors including photographers, videographers, writers, etc.
Works with Marketing Manager to run and maintain all Social Media platforms
Track marketing team s performance across key metrics such as client contacts made, meetings held and proposals submitted
Update and maintain LPC Dallas & Denver websites and individual property websites
General/Administrative:
o Maintain contact lists and use to distribute marketing materials
o Facilitate getting headshots done for new employees, add to the website
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field
Experience as a Marketing Associate, Assistant, Intern or similar role preferred
Experience preferred in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
Skilled in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook
Familiar with CoStar
Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
Ability to work efficiently and within an organized manner.
Ability to maintain a strong sense of focus and confidence under tight deadlines and varying workloads.
Excellent ability to multi-task, responding to constantly changing needs and schedules.
Strong editing and proofreading abilities.
Excellent time management skills.
