CENTRL Office is a locally-owned flexible office space provider, with locations in Oregon and California. We provide high-end, full service, collaborative workspace solutions.

 

We are currently seeking a full-time Area Sales Member for our upcoming downtown Sacramento location. The person in this role will be an integral part of our team and actively contribute to the company’s growth and success.

Who you are:

 

You’re a results-driven sales professional with a large network of contacts and connections in the Sacramento business community. You enjoy all aspects of working with clients, from closing deals and building and maintaining relationships, to creating truly fantastic customer experiences while also digging into operations.

 

What you’ll do:

 

From making sales to making coffee, you will be part of a small team launching, growing, and running the CENTRL Office Downtown Sacramento space. You’ll do this through building relationships out in the community, selling offices, joining forces with our General Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the space, providing outstanding customer service, and creating great experiences for our members.




Sales:

  • Drive all aspects of sales efforts for launch of the downtown Sacramento location in October 2021, including generating outbound leads, responding to inbound leads, and conducting site tours

  • Be an expert in our product line and the sales motion end to end, demonstrating the value of CENTRL to prospective customers

  • Manage movement of members through the life of the contract including renewals and upgrades

  • Conduct tours for walk-ins and guests

  • Drive conference room/event and additional services sales, including being

  • creative with sales, creating new services, new sales strategies, and goals

  • Manage AR including processing monthly invoices, answering member questions,

  • and following up on unpaid invoices

  • Create visibility for CENTRL in the Sacramento community by attending events and networking with local start-ups and organizations

  • Work with the General Manager and CENTRL team to provide the best possible customer experience from start to finish, regularly identifying areas of improvement in prospect and member education

Operations:

 

  • Open or close the space depending on hours of teammates.

  • Work with General Manager to create systems that increase efficiency and organization

  • Monitor adherence to CENTRL Office rules, regulations and procedures

  • Maintain cleanliness and condition of space

  • Meet performance targets by driving revenue and managing expenses

  • Receive and distribute mail and deliveries

 

Member Services:

 

  • On-boarding new members

  • Secondary point of contact at location for Members and Guests

  • Answer phones and respond to voicemails

  • Assist General Manager with addressing and resolving member issues, complaints, and feedback

  • Book meeting rooms for members and guests

  • Develop partnerships in the local community that will benefit CENTRL members

  • Create a collaborative environment amongst our members through events and personal introductions.

 

The Membership Manager role is a big job that will have you wearing a lot of hats. There’s no perfect blend of job experience and personality to guarantee success, but here’s what we know will help:



  • 3 - 5 years leasing and/or sales experience required (commercial real estate experience is a plus)

  • 3 – 5 years experience in hospitality, customer service, or business operations preferred but not required

  • Previous coworking experience preferred but not required

  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communicator both verbally and in writing

  • Proactive and strategic; always looking at the big picture

  • Accountable, adaptable, and ambitious

  • Passion for delighting customers

  • Professional demeanor

  • Ability to connect and engage with people; warm and approachable

  • Reliable team player

  •  Enjoys continuous change and improvement
