Analyst

Tener Consulting Services (“TCS”) is an industry leading real estate tax consultancy firm, providing advisory services with respect to real property tax appeals, abatements and exemptions.  TCS specializes in the representation of large commercial owners in New York City.

The position:

Support strategic planning activities for TCS’s clients by providing property tax analyses for potential acquisitions and dispositions; assist with the preparation of presentation materials for appeal cases; review, analyze and prepare financial filings for clients’ review.  Create and utilize sophisticated Excel-based financial models.  Draft client correspondence and participate in client meetings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree, demonstrated interested in commercial real estate, experience in accounting and/ or appraisal a plus.  Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word required.  Detail-oriented; ability to work independently and with a group. 

Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 based on experience
