The Company has acquired or developed more than $25 billion of property on behalf of various investment funds, institutional clients, and its own account, encompassing all major property types. The Company is based in New York City, with regional offices in Palm Beach and Mexico City.
Essential Job Responsibilities
To coordinate and communicate with property managers, external and internal accounting contacts in gathering information for outside CPA firm to complete tax returns.
To perform detail-level review of partnership work papers, allocations and tax returns.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Tax
Strong Academic Credentials
Three years minimum experience in providing tax or accounting related services
Knowledge of Fund accounting and general ledger accounting
Knowledge of tax reporting
Prior Big Four CPA firm experience
Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
