On behalf of our client, the Greater Minneapolis Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA Greater Minneapolis), CohenTaylor Executive Search Services is conducting a retained executive search for its President/CEO.
BOMA Greater Minneapolis is seeking a dynamic, highly relational, and innovative leader for its next President/CEO. This new leader will inherit a trade organization with a strong reputation in the Twin Cities, highly regarded for its expertise in industry standards and trends, effective advocacy efforts, and member-centric focus.
The next President/CEO has the exciting opportunity to to chart a path forward for BOMA Greater Minneapolis with exceptional communication skills and a servant leadership approach. The ideal candidate will be an executive-level leader from a similar-size or larger national association or comparable business enterprise. Working with dedicated officers, committees, and staff, this President/CEO will facilitate efforts to build the organizational capacity, resources, membership, and structure to meet current and future needs.
The leading trade association for more than 100 years, BOMA Greater Minneapolis represents the owners, managers, service providers, and other property professionals of all commercial building types. Its mission is to advance a vibrant commercial real estate industry through advocacy influence and knowledge. Representing the interests of office buildings in Minneapolis and all of Hennepin County, BOMA Greater Minneapolis membership includes nearly 700 individuals, 180+ commercial office buildings totaling 60 million square feet, and 135 associate and professional companies that provide commercial building services to support operational excellence.
