Position Responsibilities:

• Managing an assigned portfolio of 50-100 mortgage loans secured by commercial real estate located throughout the United States.
• Completing loan reviews and making appropriate recommendations for loan reviews outside of approval authority
• Preparing a detailed analysis of the collateral, market, and borrower as part of each loan review in order to identify key risks and assign an appropriate risk rating
• Establishing internal/external relationships in order to maintain strong regional market knowledge
• Providing portfolio/individual loan level information as part of ongoing or ad-hoc executive reporting
• Working through arrears and developing/executing action plans for high risk assets and loans causing concern
• Completing various post-closing loan servicing requests (i.e. new lease approvals, non-disturbance agreements, expropriations, easements, secondary debt approvals, etc.
• Managing ad-hoc projects as needed

Education and Experience:

• Knowledge of multi-residential, retail, office, and industrial property mortgage underwriting
• Experience reviewing/analyzing lease/mortgage contracts, rent rolls, property operating statements and financial statements
• Knowledge of the commercial real estate market and property valuation
• 2+ years of relevant industry experience (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate focused program (preferred), Business Admin. or Finance
