POSITION AT A GLANCE: 

Manage the tenant performance database for both owned and non-owned properties.

1. Management of Tenant Reporting Database
2. Work with IT, Asset Management, Underwriting, and Finance to map out final steps to ensure project completion in 2021 for implementation and resolution of problems relating to tenant SQL Server database.
3. Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the data within the Tenant Financials SQL Server database using various SQL Server tools and methods.
4. Create SQL views and queries to retrieve specific datasets for use by the team.
5. Expand and update the Tenant Financials SQL database with new tables when needed.
6. Work with Lease Administrators to understand current asset upload process into database:
   1. Understand current format the tenants’ financials are received, the data that is loaded for each segment, learn model utilized to input financial data into flat flies
   2. Review upload files and identify errors to be communicated back to Lease Operations team
   3. Identify key metric data and understand segment financial data by expanding Industry P & L data files as necessary
   4. Identify EPR’s ongoing needs for database by working with Asset Management and Underwriting team
   5. Help design segment dashboards and key metric reports for visualization in chosen database reporting tool
7. Data validation of tenant financial data
   1. Comparison of existing Oracle Hyperion Essbase database to the new database to identify differences in property coverage for owned properties.
8. Assist in selection and implementation of a database reporting tool

IF YOU MEET THE BELOW CRITERIA AND ARE EXCITED TO JOIN OUR TEAM, LETS TALK! 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field
• 5-7 years of database experience working with integration of data into Excel, financial systems or other software
• Demonstrated experience in understanding of Income Statements
• Experience with SQL Server Management Studio; creating tables, views, queries and running stored procedures
• Experience with Oracle Essbase, Tableau, or other visualization BI tools would be desirable
• 5+ years of experience working in real estate property management and accounting systems
• 5+ years of experience in working in information systems for real estate client or management company
