Kelley Drye & Warren seeks a real estate attorney for its Parsippany, New Jersey office with a minimum of 5 years of commercial mortgage finance experience. Structured finance and/or CMBS experience, and the ability to run deals is required. Top academic credentials, strong analytical abilities, excellent client-relations skills and Bar membership in the office where you are based are also required. Will consider remote work arrangement for qualified candidates.
