Overview: 

Want to help build a world-class technology organization? Landis is looking for an Account Manager to join a growing team.

Every day in America, real estate agents work with clients who can't buy a house yet. Landis gives those agents the ability to refer those clients to us. If we believe a client can buy a house in the next year, we'll buy a house for them and the agent will make their full commission. Our value proposition to agents is quite compelling indeed! At Landis, you will be an integral part of shaping a compassionate and innovative culture that supports the company’s growth.

This is a full-time position that is remote and will have extensive traveling in the South and Midwest when it’s safe to travel again. This position could be based in our New York office too.

Where you will make an impact:
• Own all aspects of our agent relationships to drive client referrals
• Leverage multiple channels (phone, email, text) to increase agent growth and retention
• Host lunch & learns and webinars to educate agents about the Landis program
• Think critically about sales data and recommend new strategies to scale agent relationships
• Meticulously record prospect feedback to improve product and processes
• Roll up your sleeves and get out of your comfort zone to reach targets
• Implement workflow/automation to reduce administrative tasks for the team
• Work in coordination with the Client Success team to ensure proper relationship management with the brokerage community

And have the following background:
• 3+ years of experience selling to residential real estate agents
• Organized and enjoys keeping information in a centralized place
• Data driven: you utilize data to help shape the future of the organization
• Excellent interpersonal skills and high energy on the phone
• Strong presentation skills and love of hosting webinar
