The Department
NA Performance is responsible for reporting all performance returns to both internal/external clients. The group is also responsible for all GIPS Reporting and maintaining the firm s adherence to Reporting Standards and Best Practices in the industry. The group also handles performance analytics for the firm and routinely participates with the Investment Strategy Group to help improve the firm s focus on out-performance.


Your Role
The Performance Reporting Senior Associate position is based in Dallas and will be responsible for all reporting aspects of the region s performance, including but not limited to maintaining all final performance data for the region at an asset, investment and portfolio level, maintaining/leading all reporting functions to internal clients and external industry reporting associations such as NCREIF and MSCI, as well as coordinating responses to investor requests for historical and projected performance. The successful candidate will also be expected to identify and capitalize on opportunities to build efficiencies and add new value by developing and sharing best practices consistent with the region s reporting standards and leveraging the full capabilities of the firm s new Performance Reporting Platform (Yardi IM). The role is intended to allow for hardworking and motivated individuals to work with limited oversight and ultimately serve as a performance specialist in North America.


You will be responsible for:
 Collect, lead and maintain all internal performance-related data using the firm s reporting platforms, such as the Yardi Performance Module.
 Responsible for reporting all asset and portfolio performance (both Time-Weighted Returns & IRRs) to NCREIF, MSCI, Portfolio Management, Product Management, and Invesco Advisers.
 Maintain and modernize processes for all internal/external performance data requests in North America. This includes maintenance of all track records.
 Maintain and update the Performance Procedure Manual in accordance with the region s Reporting Standards
 Develop and maintain framework for providing data for RFPs and DDQs.
 Lead the GIPS reporting and verification process within the region.
 Work closely with our team in Hyderabad by leading and developing processes for projects, data initiatives and quarterly reporting directed at supporting the group s initiatives.
 Measure and monitor asset performance against a variety of benchmarks including: client objectives, NCREIF/MSCI benchmarks and market data.
 Serve as a contributing member of the Global Performance team, sharing best practices and shaping platform initiatives.

The experience you bring:
 Undergraduate degree is required; advanced degree a plus. Preferred degree in Accounting or Finance.
 Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
 Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
 High proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
 Experience with Yardi IM preferred.
 CIPM designation preferred.
