Commercial Property Manager

Crestwood Management Group, a rapidly growing real estate property management company, is hiring a Property Manager for a Bridgeport commercial property. This fast-paced role requires organization, problem solving and a roll-your-sleeves-up approach to property management. This new hire will have the opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lease vacant spaces to new tenants, including: posting and managing listings online, showing spaces and signing new leases
• Prepare, distribute, and sign lease renewals with current tenants
• Field incoming phone calls and emails from current and prospective tenants – answer questions and solve tenant problems
• Supervise two maintenance employees to ensure common areas are clean and maintenance requests are completed
• Maintain tenant ledgers, collect from delinquent tenants
• Coordinate and supervise 3rd party vendors, including maintaining proper documentation and insurance requirements
• Perform light administrative office duties, including maintaining all tenant and vendor files in the office and digitally

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in property management
• Highly proficient in Windows and Office suite
• Comfortable with mobile technology
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• This role requires either a real estate license, or someone willing to obtain their real estate license shortly after joining
• Compensation is based on experience and performance

Salary: $65,000.00 /year
