Description
Crestwood Management Group, a rapidly growing real estate property management company, is hiring a Property Manager for a Bridgeport commercial property. This fast-paced role requires organization, problem solving and a roll-your-sleeves-up approach to property management. This new hire will have the opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lease vacant spaces to new tenants, including: posting and managing listings online, showing spaces and signing new leases
- Prepare, distribute, and sign lease renewals with current tenants
- Field incoming phone calls and emails from current and prospective tenants – answer questions and solve tenant problems
- Supervise two maintenance employees to ensure common areas are clean and maintenance requests are completed
- Maintain tenant ledgers, collect from delinquent tenants
- Coordinate and supervise 3rd party vendors, including maintaining proper documentation and insurance requirements
- Perform light administrative office duties, including maintaining all tenant and vendor files in the office and digitally
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in property management
- Highly proficient in Windows and Office suite
- Comfortable with mobile technology
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- This role requires either a real estate license, or someone willing to obtain their real estate license shortly after joining
- Compensation is based on experience and performance
