Title: Investor Relations Consultant

Location: Remote (US Based - Ideally Cincinnati)

Compensation: Salary with Commission Bonus

Travel: Minimal travel required

Who You Are:

You are someone who has adequate knowledge of apartment syndication including the business plans and basic strategies used for syndication deals. You gained this knowledge after establishing a diverse real estate background. As an investor yourself, you understand the wants and needs of multifamily investors and can analyze situations from the investor point of view.

You are confident enough to build a rapport with highly intelligent, wealthy professionals and establish a trusting relationship. You re a conversationalist who is capable of being an auditor, as well as a meticulous note taker. You are well educated, sophisticated, presentable, and polished.

Your Work and How You ll Make a Difference:

The Investor Relations Specialist is key to growing our business, reaching more investors and driving business growth. The successful candidate will play a critical role in building relationships with in-bound leads from accredited investors by having initial phone conversions with them. This position repots directly to co-founder, Joe Fairless.

Responsibilities Summary:

• Speak with our in-bound leads of high net worth individuals about Ashcroft Capital and our business model and strategy
• Keep detailed notes from investor phone calls
• Cultivate relationships by following up with investors afterward
• Position yourself as a passive investing expert on online forums and social media groups
• Weekly reporting of KPI metrics

What are we looking for:

• Bachelor s degree in marketing, finance or other related business field
• Knowledge of the financial investment industry and/or real estate experience required
• Minimum of 5 years of investor relations in real estate or equivalent area of expertise with proven track record
  Excellent project management skills
