Senior Project Manager - Corporate Real Estate

Independently manage multiple complex corporate real estate design and construction projects in excess of $10 million in value with some projects being in excess of $150 million in value including expansion and relocation of FM Global corporate offices worldwide, ground up investment real estate construction from project inception to completion to control cost, schedule, and quality while following local and FM Global Standards with limited guidance from the Principal Architect as assigned by the Principal Architect. Corporate real estate includes offices, research locations and client facing training centers.  Participates in the leasing process from site selection, due diligence through lease negotiation by ensuring corporate real estate standards are being met.  Project management tasks performed include project consultant management, project scope development, project budget development and control, project schedule development and management, design and construction oversight, project regulatory approval, client/tenant management, communication liaison for all project stakeholders, design/construction request for proposal creation, vendor selection, invoice and payment requisition review/approval and processing, contract administration and other identified project specific management tasks.  Provide updates to FM Global Corporate Real Estate standards.  Manage, mentor and provide review/assistance for other construction and facilities team managers to ensure compliance with FM Global Corporate Real Estate standards and applicable building codes and standards.
