POSITION SUMMARY:
The Client Implementation Specialist focuses on the change management portions of the implementation plan for new clients that are particularly complex (e.g. decentralized, unique needs, etc.). Consults closely with client, advising them on the most effective way to implement the CBRE | FacilitySource model. Works with internal departments to ensure our readiness to support the client.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Leads the analysis, design and implementation of programs for organizational change management, including leadership alignment, organizational readiness, business processes, and training deliverables.
* Organizes and maintains project plans, schedules, timelines, status reports, and other change artifacts to successfully drive project completion.
* Assesses the impact of organizational and change initiatives on stakeholder groups; executes change management strategies.
* Attends and/or facilitates meeting & reporting cadence with cross-functional teams to provide timely and accurate updates on key milestones.
* Assists in planning/coordination of change readiness activities including impact analysis, change readiness, and adoption measurement.
* Designs and develops stakeholder analysis, action plans and support materials.
* Extracts insights from broad-based survey data and communication feedback loop(s) to assess organization's willingness and ability to adopt required change.
* Facilitates team interaction, enabling the Company to fast-track mobilization of employees into productive teams & assists with training clients on the software and process, and train internal service teams on the clients unique needs.
* Other duties as assigned

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
* Strong knowledge in use of MS Office Products (Excel, Access, Power Point, Word, etc.)
* Experience with creating and executing change management campaigns in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Certification in Change Management (preferred)
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
* Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Organization Development, Communications, Project Management, Change Management or related field
* 2-4 years of related experience
* 3 years of internal or consulting experience related to successful coordination of work in the disciplines of change management, communication planning, user training, organizational readiness, and/or user adoption with mid to large-scale enterprise organizations.
