Columbus Pacific Development (“CPD”) is a boutique real estate development company based in Park City, Utah. We are a passionate group of experienced developers in multiple areas, including single-family and multi-family residential projects, affordable and workforce housing, resort hospitality and mixed-use commercial projects across Utah and the mountain West. CPD’s mission is to provide experience-driven, highly designed, socially responsible, and environmentally sustainable developments in the communities where we work. Recent projects include Apex Residences Park City – a 63-unit resort condominium development, Pendry Park City – a 153-unit resort hospitality and mixed-use development, the Kimball on Main – a retail redevelopment project in Old Town Park City, and Slopeside Village – a new 1,100+ bed employee housing project in Park City.
