Western Retail Advisors (WRA) is seeking a real estate analyst in our Irvine, California office. This position will play a critical role in assignments ranging from one-off asset sales to the sale of diversified portfolios. The ideal candidate should work well in a dynamic team environment, have a passion for real estate, and evaluate commercial real estate transactions and assist in underwriting, due diligence, and closing investments. Additionally, they will provide professional advice based on economic conditions, market trends and financial situation. Western Retail Advisors is a commercial real estate brokerage company.
